Repair Service FAQ's
How much does the repair cost?
  Prices range depending on system and defect(s) plus return shipping and handling for mail-in repairs. This prices includes all parts and labor.  Most repairs are done within 3 Business Days of Receipt.  Free Estimates are available,  once you have been given an estimate the price will not change!  All repairs come with a 90 DAY WARRANTY!
How should I package my system?
  *    Use a rigid box with flaps intact
*    Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other shipment markings from the box
*    Wrap all items separately
*    Use adequate cushioning material
*    Use strong tape designed for shipping
*    Do not use string or paper over-wrap
*    Use the single address label that we provide
*    Place a duplicate address label inside the package
*    Print and place Free Estimate receipt inside the package
*    Do not use any boxes that advertise the contents within
*    Please do not use any packaging that you would like returned to you.  All boxes and packaging material are recycled upon receipt.
I opened my consoles or removed the warranty seal. Will you still fix my system?
  Absolutely! We successfully repair over 95% of the systems repairs we receive, whether or not the console has been opened previously.
Should I send power cords, A/V cables, controllers, hard drive, etc?
  You only need to send the console. Please do not include any games or accessories, such as controllers, cables, hard drive, or original packaging.
What are the steps to get a repair?
  1. Complete the simple steps above under "Get Free Estimate" to receive a UPS shipping label, and drop off at your nearest UPS dropoff location.

2. We will perform a free advanced diagnosis shortly after your system is delivered to our location (typically within 1 business day).  You will receive an e-mail detailing the results of our advanced diagnostics, as well as a repair estimate.

3. Once you approve of the repair estimate and pay using one of our convenient checkout services, our technicians perform any repairs necessary, including any that may not have been found during the advanced diagnosis.

4. Upon completion of the repair, you will receive another e-mail, and your system is brought to a test area to undergo 24 Hour extended testing.

5. After extensive testing is completed, our shipping department carefully packages your system and notifies the shipping carrier that the box is ready for pickup.  You will receive an automatic e-mail with tracking information.
What if you can't repair my system?
  We are able to successfully repair over 95% of the systems that we receive for repair.  In the rare event that your console is unrepairable, you will receive a refund or credit of the repair cost, less return shipping and handling.  You also have the option of a credit towards a "Swap System", this is a refurbished system that would be "swapped" for your broken system at a minimal cost.
What is your turnaround time?
  Once we receive your system and receive your approval to proceed with the repair, turnaround time is typically just 3-5 business days.  We also offer a 1Hour rush repair service for local customers.
Will I lose all of my game saves and other data?
  Generally unless your problem is related to a faulty memory card or hard drive, you will not lose any of your saved games, profiles, or other information.

Some systems such as the Playstation 3 may need to be formatted to work correctly.

Other systems such as the Nintendo DS will lose your profile information.
